Our company has been providing uninterrupted service to its customers for 17 years without sacrificing quality. Our facility, located in one of the central points of Istanbul, provides production and storage facilities in an area of 12.000 square meters. We provide uninterrupted and timely service to our customers, thanks to the location of our facility, logistics facilities, and storehouse suitable for truck entrance.
All kinds of fabrics can be laminated at Dima Lamination. All fabrics up to 220 cm in width can be laminated in our facility, which has the capacity to laminate 500,000 meters of fabric every month. We meticulously prepare the fabrics from our customers in two or three layers.
To get maximum efficiency from our applications, we constantly follow the technology and make use of the most effective machines in the industry. We use the state-of-the-art Caviflex of Cavitec, the world’s leading lamination machine manufacturer. Caviflex is a hotmelt coating and lamination machine with replaceable coating modules. Hotmelt technology is the most effective method for laminating textile fabrics. This system has a high resistance to washing and is the most used system for bonding membrane fabrics. Membrane lamination of all kinds of fabrics can be done with hotmelt technology. Caviflex is the first machine to offer the opportunity to work with four different Hotmelt lamination technologies.
Caviflex provides an environmentally friendly process that does not contain solvents and water. Besides, it provides efficient results in lamination with its advantages such as low power usage and no special preparation for the coating mass. Through the machine’s use of different types of adhesives, we achieve a wide range of applications and flexibility. With the technology we use at Dima Lamination, we find viable solutions for our lamination requirements and develop innovative approaches.

What is Lamination?
Lamination is a manufacturing method that improves the quality, strength, durability, and modernity of products. Different materials are brought together in the lamination process with the help of heat and/or some kind of adhesive by applying pressure. For textile products, a material with adhesive on both sides is placed between the fabrics, and the products are combined as one piece using pressure and heat. The textile lamination process produces a variety of materials with different levels of durability.
Lamination Process
There are many methods of lamination. The implementation of these methods is different from each other, but the basic principle and purpose are the same. Sufficient pressure and steaming are the most crucial aspects of successful lamination. Also, the quality of the chemicals significantly affects the efficiency of lamination. The application of appropriate heat according to the fabric type, the use of high-quality chemicals, and the distribution of chemicals evenly on the surface bring success in lamination. Insufficient adhesion of fabrics causes them to deteriorate quickly.
